6. Termination & Service Access

Simetre, LLC has the right modify or terminate your Simetre, LLC service. Simetre, LLC has the right to change the terms of use at any time. We will notify you via message. Simetre, LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. 

7. Using Simetre, LLC

While using the Websites, you will not:

- Fail to deliver items purchased from you

We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts.

We do collect a fee to join the Website or to use the services offered on the Website. We do provide a platform for members to record, measure and talk about their physical, mental and emotional health, fitness and well-being.  We provide information to assist our members to live a healthier lifestyle
