As nutrition coach, my primary role is to offer nutrition education, advice, and accountability as you work toward changing your lifestyle and improving your health. I'm here to coach and guide you on health journey by helping you identify health and nutrition goals, share strategies you can follow to meet your goals, educate you on health and nutrition concepts and offer support and accountability on your journey. Working within a framework of tracking macros and focusing on sustainable behavior changes, I get to know you and your lifestyle and help you find a long-term approach to your nutrition goals. Eat on your terms, but within a framework.
Why a nutriton coach?
Nutrition coaching is the ability to help achieve health, fitness and weight loss goals by using nutrition as a tool to achieve those goals. There is no one way to eat that is right for everyone. Nutrition coaching is specific to the individual, and it recognises that you can often have unique dietary and nutritional requirements and preferences. A nutrition coach will peform a diet assessment to help you discover what approach it right for you. Also, teach you about different aspects of meal planning, guide you to make your own informed healthy decisions, provide recipe ideas that you can incorporate into your weekly meal plans, and offer one-on-one training for how to meal plan. With knowledge, experience, and empathy, a nutrition coach will provide you with the support you need to change old behaviors that have held you back and create new healthy habits that are sustainable.
